If you experience a covered loss:
Step 1: Document the damage. If the loss is due to burglary, make sure to take photos of the forced entry as well.
Step 2: Notify Storage City. Inform us as soon as possible so we can assist and make additional documentation.
Step 3: File a police report, if necessary. If a crime was committed, a police report will need to be filed to process your claim.
